The Supervisory Board of the "Mongolian Stock Exchange" JSC is responsible for protecting the rights and legal interests of the shareholders of the Exchange under the relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Shareholders are requested to address complaints about the exercising of shareholder rights by directing them to supervisor.board@mse.mn for resolution.

" Proposals, applications, and complaints related to the operations and securities trading of member securities companies and companies listed on the Mongolian Stock Exchange.

1. When submitting an application or complaint, please provide your full name, address, email address, and phone number
2. The issues mentioned in the application or complaint and other attached documents must be accurate. Applications and complaints may not be reviewed in the following cases:
   • If the application or complaint does not have a specific name and address
   • If a double application or complaint is submitted to the financial regulatory committee on the same issue
   • If the matter mentioned in the application or complaint has a valid court decision

Applications and complaints will be resolved within 14 days from the date of receipt. A response to a proposal-type application will be provided within 60 days.
