Government securities are financial instruments that establish the benchmark interest rate (yield curve) for MNT-denominated bonds in the capital market. They are considered risk-free and highly liquid for investors.
During the week of March 31, 2025, to April 4, 2025, a total of MNT 59,503,765,657.30 worth of securities, spar, iron ore were traded on the MSE.
In 2024, a total of 27 companies submitted their ESG reports, and as of April 3, 2025, out of 26 companies listed in the Tier 1 of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, 14 companies have submitted their reports.
The open trading of government securities is resuming after an eight-year hiatus since its suspension in October 2017.
