"ХАСBANK" JSC has publicly offered 52,700,000 ordinary shares with a price of MNT 677 from May 29 to June 5, 2023, and raised a total of MNT 35,677,900,000.
The issuer planned to finance the bank's main product- lending and leasing from the MNT 35.6 billion raised by IPO, minus the direct costs related to the issuance of securities. Regarding the prospectus of the securities, it is planned to spend as follows:
- Retail loans: 66% of the raised capital, or MNT22.4 billion
- Corporate loans19% of the raised capital, or MNT 6.4 billion
- Finance leases: 15% of the raised capital, or MNT 5.1 billion
Disbursement on raised capital MNT 34,038,994,820 /as of June 30, 2023/:
- Retail loans: MNT 17.8 billion
- Corporate loans: MNT 410.9 million
- Finance leases: MNT 2.7 billion
