Ganzorig. Ch, Chairman of “Ard Credit NBFI” JSC:
In 2019, while serving as the CEO, our company successfully conducted its initial public offering (IPO) and raised a substantial amount of 5.3 billion MNT from the public. Since then, we have diligently worked towards achieving all the objectives that were outlined during our first IPO. Through effective governance of the joint-stock company, we have managed to significantly increase the market capitalization of the company to 30 billion MNT by 2023. Additionally, we are proud to have a strong shareholder base of 13,700 individuals, total assets worth 71.5 billion MNT, a loan portfolio of 50 billion MNT, and a net profit of 2.7 billion MNT.
We have effectively broadened our business activities by acquiring 5 special licenses from the FRC and 3 from the Central Bank of Mongolia, all while adhering to the oversight of regulatory agencies.
In the past 5 years, we have distributed dividends every year worth more than 5 billion MNT. Today, by issuing additional shares worth 8.9 billion MNT, we will further improve our corporate governance and increase the number and participation of small shareholders. We planned to finance loan activities, especially digital loans, with the money raised from the public. Also, the company's assets can increase with the increase in equity capital. In the future, we will work towards increasing the value of our shareholders. Thank you to our shareholders who have previously invested in our company.
The 7,154th trading session of the Mongolian Stock Exchange commenced with the ringing of the bell by Ganzorig. Ch, Chairman of “Ard Credit NBFI” JSC, and Telmen G, CEO of “Ard Credit NBFI” JSC.
