According to resolution No. 03 dated February 14, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Hermes Centre" JSC decided to distribute 9.20 MNT per share as a dividend to all the shareholders from the company’s net profit for the last half-year of 2023.

The registration date for the shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set on March 7, 2024. It has been announced that the dividend will be paid starting on March 15, 2024, at the company building of "Hermes Centre" JSC, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" by April 15, 2024, after signing an agreement with “MCSD” LLC.
