According to resolution No. 01/24 dated February 08, 2024, the Board of Directors of "Ard Insurance" JSC decided to distribute 750 million MNT or 33.8% of net profit for the year 2023 as a dividend to all the shareholders.

The company will distribute 30 MNT per share as a dividend.

The registration date for the list of shareholders eligible to receive dividends has been set as the registration date of the regular shareholders’ meeting, and dividend payment will be transferred to the shareholders' accounts through "Mongolian Central Securities Depository" LLC on August 28, 2024.
