By the resolution No. 25/03 dated February 6, 2025, of the Board of Directors of LendMN NBFI JSC, it has been decided to allocate 30.62% of the company’s net profit for the year 2024, amounting to 11,089,525,245 MNT, as dividends to shareholders.

A dividend of 15 (fifteen) MNT per share will be paid, and it has been decided that the dividends will be deposited into the accounts of all shareholders through the Mongolian Central Securities Depository by April 4, 2025.
