FRC approved the merger of Ard Financial Group closed JSC and ‘Jinst Uvs’ JSC by the Resolution No.: 102 of FRC dated on May 08, 2019. 

The securities trading of 'Jinst Uvs' JSC has been halted due to the ownership record changes  to be performed at the Mongolian Central Securities Depository in accordance with the official notification No.: 29 of State Inspector of Financial Regulatory Commission.
