In accordance with Board Resolution No.: 01 of "Khuvsgul Geology" JSC dated February 18, 2020, "Khuvsgul Geology" JSC announced that the Company will distribute MNT 21.5 million to its shareholders from its net profit for the year of 2019 by a dividend of MNT 150.00 per share. The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined by April 03, 2020 and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from May 01, 2020.
