‘Tumen Shuvuut’ JSC announced that the Board of Directors approved the distribution of MNT 1.6 billion or 40 percent of total profit, to its shareholders by a dividend of MNT 8.00 per share on January 27, 2021. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository starting from May 12, 2021.
