According to Resolution No.: 11/2021 of the Board of Directors, dated December 13, 2021, "Erdenes Solutions" JSC will offer 10,077,100 shares equivalent to 6% of its total outstanding shares to the public. If investors' order exceeds the number of offering shares, the company will issue an additional share of 5,536,868.
