According to the Resolution No.: 01 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Hermes center’ JSC, dated February 16, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 499,533,486.36 or 6.36 per share.
The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined by March 10, 2022, and the dividends will be placed in the shareholders’ accounts held at Mongolian Central Securities Depository within March 15, 2022.
