According to the Resolution No.: 03 of Board of Directors meeting of ‘Gan khiits’ JSC, dated February 18, 2022, the Board approved to distribute dividends in the amount of MNT 100 per share. 

The list of shareholders who are eligible for dividends will be determined as the record date of the shareholders' meeting and the dividends shall be distributed through brokerage companies starting from July 01, 2022.
