Trading orders for 16,572,469 shares in the primary market with a value of MNT 1,789,826,652, issued by "Erdenes Solyushins" JSC as a public offering, were received from June 22, 2022 to July 5, 2022, and the trading was successful.

In the primary market trading, 16,572,469 shares were offered to the public at a fixed price of 108 MNT each, and during the ordering process, the demand exceeded the supply, so according to the resolution of the Financial Regulation Committee, 1,133,685 shares were added and a total of 17,706,154 shares were offered to the public by implementing a "green shoe".

As a result, 1,258 orders from 1,256 investors to purchase shares with a total value of MNT 1,912,264,632 were registered in the trading system.
