"Mandal Insurance" (MNDL) JSC, listed in classification I of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, has presented its operational and financial results for the first half of 2022.

During the reporting period:

• The total assets of the company reached MNT 61.2 billion , which is an increase of 4.44 percent from the end of 2021.

• Investment income reached MNT 2.7 billion, which is a 40 percent increase from the same period last year. Also, the amount of cash equivalents and investments reached MNT 38.6 billion , an increase of 8 percent from the same period in 2021.

•  Insurance operating profit reached MNT 4.9 billion in the second quarter of this year, an increase of MNT 0.1 billion from the same period last year.

• Net profit after tax decreased from MNT 3.1 billion in the second quarter of 2021 to MNT 2.3 billion in the first half of this year.

• The fixed assets of the company increased by 27.8 percent to MNT 1.8 billion from the same period last year.

• In the first half of this year, the trading value of Mandal Insurance JSC shares reached MNT 7.9 billion , and the share price closed at MNT 96.43.

• From the net profit of the company in 2021, MNT 1.9 billion was calculated at MNT 3 per share and distributed to shareholders as a dividend.
